Checking Your Transaction History

Settings has a Transactions tab listing your deposits and withdrawals, newest first. Open any row to see its full details.

For crypto transactions, the detail view shows the address, the transaction ID, and a View on Blockchain link that opens the transfer in a public explorer, so you can follow it yourself.

Each entry carries a status:

• Processing: the transaction is on its way.
• Under review: the withdrawal is waiting to go out, either for a closer look from our team or for its turn in the queue. See Why Is My Withdrawal Under Review?.
• Completed: the funds have arrived.
• Failed or Cancelled: the transaction did not go through, and any withdrawn amount is returned to your balance.

If a withdrawal was rejected, the entry includes the reason. If a deposit you sent is not listed at all, see My Deposit Has Not Arrived.
