My Deposit Has Not Arrived

What to check when a deposit does not appear in your balance.

Updated

Most missing deposits are just waiting on the network. Your balance is credited once the transfer is confirmed, and a busy chain can take a while to get there.

Run through these checks:

  1. Find the transaction in your own wallet and open it in a blockchain explorer. If it shows as pending or unconfirmed, the network is not finished with it yet. Nothing is wrong; give it time.
  2. Check you sent the right coin on the right network. USDT sent over a network we do not support, for example, will not arrive. See Supported Coins and Networks.
  3. Check the amount is above the minimum shown in the deposit window. Deposits under the minimum are not credited.
  4. Compare the address you sent to against the one in your deposit window, character by character.

If the explorer shows the transfer as confirmed, the coin, network, amount, and address all check out, and your balance has still not updated, open live support and include the transaction ID. That ID lets us find the transfer straight away; if you are not sure where to find it, see Finding Your Transaction ID.
