Why Is My Withdrawal Under Review?
What the Under review status means and how long it takes.

identity check, held, frozenWithdrawals normally go out straight away, but one can show as Under review in Settings, under Transactions, for either of two reasons: it is being checked by our team, or it is queued and waiting its turn to go out. Neither needs anything from you.
A manual check is more likely when a withdrawal is unusually large, when the account is new, when play looks different from usual, or when a deposit is cashed out after barely more than the minimum wagering. Being held does not mean something is wrong. Most reviews are routine and finish quickly, and the withdrawal completes once someone on our team has looked at it.
A queued withdrawal has not been flagged for anything. It is waiting its turn: you are told it is taking a little longer than usual, and it completes on its own. There is no way to speed it up.
In both cases the withdrawal is still on its way and the coins have already left your balance. There is no need to submit it again, and doing so would start a second, separate withdrawal rather than replace the first.
Occasionally we need to confirm who you are before the money goes out. If identity verification is needed you will be contacted, and the withdrawal waits until the check is complete. This is a legal requirement under anti money laundering rules, not a judgement on your account.
If a withdrawal is rejected, the full amount goes back to your balance and the entry in your transaction history shows the reason.
