Bonus Playthrough

Bonus coins come with a playthrough: an amount you have to wager before the bonus can be withdrawn. While it is unfinished it can hold the rest of your balance back too; see Wagering Requirements.

Bets on different games count towards it by different amounts. Each game contributes in proportion to its house edge, so the bigger the site’s advantage on a game, the more of your bet counts. Dice runs a 1% house edge, one of the smallest on the site, so a 1,000 BloxCoin bet on dice moves the playthrough by only 125. The edge on cases is far wider, and the same 1,000 spent opening cases moves it by more than 1,000.

Cases and case battles clear playthrough fastest, and they are the only games where a bet counts for more than its face value. Mines is next, then dice, then plinko, with blackjack slowest of all.

The exact rates follow each game’s current settings, so they move when a game is retuned or the case pool changes. The figures the site shows you are always the current ones.

If you try to withdraw while playthrough is outstanding, the message shows how much is left and roughly how much you would need to bet on each game to finish it. Treat the per-game amounts as estimates on the safe side: for cases and case battles they assume the least favourable case, so betting the quoted amount always finishes the playthrough, usually a little early.

A game can also show as not eligible. That means it currently has no house edge, so bets on it do not move the playthrough at all, however large they are. Nothing is wrong; pick another game.
