How to Withdraw

Withdrawals send crypto from your BloxCash balance to a wallet you control.

1. Open your wallet and switch to Withdraw.
2. Pick a coin. The withdrawal list is smaller than the deposit list, and the window shows what is available right now. If the coin runs on more than one network, pick that too.
3. Paste your wallet address. The form checks it as you type and warns you if it does not look right for that coin and network.
4. Enter the amount and press Withdraw.
5. Check the confirmation screen. It shows the crypto you will receive, the destination address, and the BloxCoin leaving your balance. Confirm to submit.

If two-factor authentication is on, you enter a code before the withdrawal is placed.

A few things to know:

• Your email must be verified before you can withdraw.
• Deposits must be wagered once in full first, and any bonus playthrough has to be cleared. See Wagering Requirements.
• The network fee comes out of the amount you withdraw, so the sum that arrives is slightly smaller than the sum you entered.
• Withdrawals are final. Once a transfer is sent it cannot be recalled, so check the address carefully.

Most withdrawals go out within a few minutes, but not every one leaves straight away. Some are held for a manual check; see Why Is My Withdrawal Under Review?. Others join a queue, and you are told the withdrawal is taking a little longer than usual. A queued withdrawal has been placed and completes on its own, so there is nothing to do but wait for the notification. Submitting it again would only start a second withdrawal.

Sometimes a coin cannot be paid out at that moment. When that happens nothing is sent, the full amount goes straight back to your balance, and you can try again later or withdraw a different coin.
