My Withdrawal Has Not Arrived
What to check when a withdrawal has not reached your wallet.
Updated
missing, not received, TXIDStart with the status of the withdrawal in Settings, under Transactions. It tells you which of these situations you are in.
Processing means the withdrawal is being prepared and sent. Give it a few minutes; one can sit in Processing for a while without anything being wrong.
Under review means it is waiting, either for a manual check or for its turn in a queue. That is not a failure, and it completes on its own; see Why Is My Withdrawal Under Review?.
Failed or Cancelled means the money never left. The full amount is back in your balance and you can try again.
Completed means the crypto has been sent. If it is still not in your wallet:
- Open the withdrawal in Transactions and press View on Blockchain. If the explorer shows the transfer as pending, the network has not confirmed it yet. It will arrive; busy networks can be slow.
- Remember that the network fee comes out of the amount, so what arrives is slightly smaller than what you requested. Check the exact figure in the explorer.
- If you withdrew to an exchange rather than your own wallet, the exchange credits it on its own schedule, often after extra confirmations on their side. Check the deposit page on the exchange.
- Check that the address on the withdrawal matches where you are looking. A transfer to the wrong address cannot be recalled.
If the explorer shows the transfer as confirmed and it is still nowhere to be found, open live support and include the transaction ID.
