Problem Gambling Support
Recognising a problem and where to get help.

addiction, helplineGambling should be entertainment you can afford, in money and in time. If it has started to feel like something else, take that feeling seriously. Signs to look for:
- Betting more than you decided to, or depositing again to chase a loss.
- Play cutting into sleep, work, or the people around you.
- Hiding how much you play, or feeling uneasy when someone asks about it.
- Betting money that was meant for something else.
If any of that sounds familiar, the tools on this site are a strong first step. You can cap your wagers or losses so a bad night has a floor, or use Self-Exclusion to lock the door for as long as you choose.
There is also free, confidential help beyond BloxCash. Gamblers Anonymous runs peer support meetings worldwide, in person and online, and its site lists local contacts for most countries.
Nobody there judges, nothing is reported back to us, and talking to someone helps more than it feels like it will.
