The fastest route is live support. Go to bloxcash.com/support while signed in and the live chat opens ready to type into; it is also reachable from Support in the site menu. The chat is tied to your account, so there is no identity check, which is why it beats email for anything about your balance, a deposit, or a withdrawal.

Before you write, have the details ready:

• For a deposit or withdrawal question, the transaction ID; see Finding Your Transaction ID.
• For a game question, roughly when the round happened and which game it was.

If you cannot sign in at all, email support@bloxcash.com from the address on your account and explain what happens when you try. Requests about longer self-exclusion also go to that address; see Self-Exclusion.
