Chat Rules

Cooldowns, moderation, and how chat works.

Updated

Chat is open to every signed in player with a verified email. A few mechanics keep it readable:

  • There is a short cooldown between messages: 3 seconds, dropping to 2 seconds from Diamond rank upwards.
  • Messages are capped at 200 characters.
  • Big wins are announced in chat automatically, so there is no need to paste your own.

Chat is also where two features live: coin rain falls there (see What Is Coin Rain?), and you can tip a player by opening their profile from any of their messages (see Tipping Other Players).

The conduct rules: no spam, no begging for tips or rain, no advertising or referral links, no harassment, and nothing you would not want next to your own name in a screenshot.

Moderation

Live chat is moderated. Depending on what happened, a moderator can delete messages, mute an account for a period, or remove it from chat for good. None of these touch the rest of your account: a muted or chat-banned player can still play, deposit, and withdraw as normal.

Moderation decisions are final. Support cannot overturn them, so do not open a ticket about a mute or a deleted message; it will be closed without action. A timed mute ends on its own, and staying within the conduct rules above is how you avoid the permanent kind.

Reporting a player

If someone is breaking the rules, report them rather than fighting it out in chat. Open their profile from any of their messages and press Report, then pick the reason that fits: inappropriate chat, an inappropriate avatar, harassment, scam or fraud, or something else. The report goes straight to the moderation team. You will not get a reply, but reports are read, and patterns across several of them are exactly how repeat offenders end up removed.

And if you just do not want to see someone, block them from that same profile and their messages disappear for you alone.
