Deleting Your Account

You can delete your BloxCash account from Settings, under Delete Account. Enter your password, type DELETE to confirm, and approve with a two-factor code if you have one set up.

Deletion is not instant. There is a grace period of 7 days, and you can cancel from the same page at any point before it ends. Signing in during the grace period does not cancel it on its own.

Withdraw your balance before you delete. Anything left when the grace period ends is forfeited.

When the deletion completes, your notifications, login history, recovery codes, and chat messages are erased. Records of transactions and bets are kept in anonymised form, because they are needed for legal and fairness reasons.

Deleting your account does not undo self-exclusion. If you self-excluded and register again, the exclusion still applies. See Self-Exclusion.
