Gift Card Problems
What to do when a gift card code will not redeem.
Updated
invalid, refund, replacement, error, voucherTwo on-screen messages cover almost everything.
“That code isn’t valid.” means the site did not recognise the code. Check it against your order
confirmation. A gift card code looks like 3f2a9c14-8b7e-4d61-9f03-52ce7ab1d840. Dashes and
capitals do not matter, but every other character has to be right. If a correct code still fails,
the card has not been activated on the reseller’s side, and that is between you and BloxProducts.
“This gift card has already been redeemed.” means the code has been used, whether by you earlier or by someone else. A used card cannot be redeemed again. If a card you just bought arrives already redeemed, contact BloxProducts.
If you see “Too many attempts.”, you have entered codes too quickly. Wait for the time shown and try again.
BloxProducts sells and supports the cards, so anything wrong with a purchase, such as a code that never worked, a double charge, or a refund, is handled by them, not BloxCash. We cannot verify, replace, or refund gift cards. Reach BloxProducts through the store you bought the card from.
If a redemption does not clearly confirm, check your balance and transaction history before entering the code again, so a successful redeem is not mistaken for a failed one. A redeemed gift card shows in your history with its face value and its GC- reference.
Finally, make sure you are on the right screen. Gift card codes only work in the Deposit window’s Fiat tab. The Redeem Code button in the header is for promo and creator codes, not gift cards; see Redeeming a Code. For anything on the BloxCash side, see Contacting Support.
