Redeeming a Gift Card

Buying a BloxCash gift card and turning the code into BloxCoin.

Updated

Gift cards are bought from BloxProducts, our official reseller, and redeemed on site for BloxCoin. You cannot buy them on BloxCash directly.

To buy one, press Deposit in the header, open the Fiat tab, and press Buy Gift Card, or go straight to bloxproducts.com/bloxcash. You can pay by credit card, PayPal, crypto, or any other method offered at checkout. Cards come in fixed values: $10, $25, $50, $100, $250, and $500.

To redeem the code you get:

  1. Press Deposit in the header and open the Fiat tab.
  2. Paste the code from your order confirmation into the Gift Card Code box. Dashes are optional and capital letters do not matter.
  3. Press Redeem.

The card’s dollar value is credited to your balance as BloxCoin at the fixed rate of 500 BloxCoin to 1 US dollar, so a $10 card adds 5,000 BloxCoin. The amount and a reference like GC-A1B2C3D4E5 are shown once it lands, and both appear in your transaction history.

A few things to know:

  • A code works once. Once redeemed it cannot be used again, by you or by anyone else.
  • Gift cards do not expire. You need to be signed in to redeem one, but a verified email is not required.
  • A gift card counts as a deposit, so its value has to be wagered once before it can be withdrawn; see Wagering Requirements.
  • If you have a deposit bonus armed, redeeming a gift card triggers it just as a crypto deposit would; see Deposit Bonuses.

This is not the same as the Redeem Code button in the header, which is for promo, event, and creator codes; see Redeeming a Code. Gift card codes only work in the Deposit window’s Fiat tab.

If a code will not go through, see Gift Card Problems.
