Levelling Up
How levels work and what each one unlocks.

VIP, XP, rank, tier, wager, progressEvery real bet earns experience, and each game earns it at its own rate. Cases and case battles pay the full rate, dice, mines, and plinko a tenth of it, and blackjack a twentieth, so how fast you climb depends on what you play as much as on how much you wager. Logging in each day also adds a small experience bonus, at its most helpful in the early levels.
Those rates are for experience only. The playthrough on a bonus also varies by game, but at its own rates.
Experience adds up to levels, and levels group into six ranks: Copper from level 1, Silver from 10, Gold from 25, Diamond from 40, Obsidian from 60, and Apex from level 80 up. Within each rank your badge carries numerals, so Gold II sits between Gold I and Gold III, and Apex players who climb past the third numeral earn the Apex Master crest.
What levelling gets you:
- A rising rakeback rate. Each rank pays a bigger share of your wagers back; see Rakeback Explained.
- Free cases. Certain levels grant a case, and your rank card on the Rewards page shows which. Earned cases never expire and open like any other case; see How Cases Work.
- A deposit bonus on every rank up. Reaching a new rank arms a 10% boost on your next deposit for 7 days, with a ceiling that grows with the rank and the usual bonus playthrough; see Deposit Bonuses.
- A shorter chat cooldown from Diamond upwards.
The Rewards page tracks all of it: your experience bar, your rank card, and any cases waiting to be opened.
